A Friend With a Pasta Dream

When our Sicilian friend, chef Accursio Lota said he was ready to open his own neighborhood pastificio in North Park, San Diego, well… you want it to be a success. After all, good food makes us all better right. Steve Secviar of Less+More did the heavy design lifting and allowed me the role of primary hand-waver and proclaimer of things Italian. Together we had fun, kept the meetings to a minimum and helped get Accursio elbow-deep in pasta orders.
